    Cuban cruiserweight Mike Perez (24 -3 -1, 15 KO's) will finally face Congolese puncher Ilunga Makabu (24-2-0, 23 KOs) for the silver cruiserweight title of the World Boxing Council. The fight will take place in the city of Kinshasha, Republic of the Congo, on Saturday, May 4 and whoever wins will stake a claim for a challenge against WBC cruiserweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, who moves up to heavyweight next month but has yet to vacate the title.

    Good fight, Perez showed stamina issues in the past, Makabu seems to start a bit slow/cold and get better as it goes on. Lean towards Perez right now, hope it gets televised/streamed.

      If Perez doesn't win this then he should just pack it up and go home. Makabu isn't that good. He is slow as ****. He has power.. not much else.
