Nicola Adams petitioned the bbbofc and they allowed her fights to have 3min rounds but last time i saw her I noticed she'd reverted back to two minute rounds. Alot of work is needed to improve women's boxing but I'm sure itll get there. Hammer,shields,taylor etc all contributed to the sport raising it's standards. We need a higher level of competitors ..fights and title chases need to be more competetive to capture the fans imagination and we need to know about the women their lives.
