Well why not, Ellerbe? I was ok with Tank not fighting Lomachenko a couple of years ago, but it's about time. Sugar Ray Leonard was younger when he beat Benetiz and Duran.

“We have a plan and that plan will work.” It’s called STAY TF AWAY FROM LOMA!

Well Ellerbe said "nobody wants to see a Tank vs Loma fight" so it must be true. We were wrong all this time. I didn't realize I didn't want to see it.

This interview sums up the state of boxing and why its not mainstream any more.

They're ducking Loma so bad lol. We have a plan... a plan to duck Loma until he's old... so please stop talking about Tank until Loma is old. We're almost there, we already waited years for it to happen, just give us 1 or 2 more, and it will happen. We have a plan, and I know it's going to work, because I know how time works, I know time very well, and it's going to work this TIME, no pun intended hahahahahahahaha, too.

It is somewhat amazing that they are still treating him like some sort of green prospect.

Interesting. That's exactly what Arum has Lomachenko doing too.

Before this was my take on it. I thought he was a bit green some time ago. Once he beat pedraza, fought oversea and beat Walsh and Mayweather talked about him fighting Lomachenko next i thought he was ready, now they are purposely keeping him at 130 (So he doesn't have to answer to the pressure of him fighting Loma) and feeding him lower weight, out of it boxers. Its a real shame because Tank Davis is a real fight fan favourite.
