Mikey would be too much for Loma if they fight in my opinion. For the simple fact Mikey is levels above Linares and he put Loma on his @$$. For me Loma hasn't looked quite as dominant @ 135 it might be better for him to go back to 130. But at this point I just don't know if Mikey will be able to make 135 again.

What a bunch of bs if i've ever heard it. Loma has not seperated himself from anyone elite at 135 ffs to be making such rediculous claims. Loma looks like he'll go life & death with any top fighter at 135 & up let alone 140. Mikey would rightfully be the favorite vs loma & imho would win handily. Loma is a great fighter but his hype is completely unwarranted
He has a very entertaining style and is obviously gifted, but some people who think he is going to be the next Pacquiao/Mayweather are in for a rude awakening.

The fact that Arum has just today come out claiming loma vs lopez is a much bigger fight than loma vs garcia says it all really. He went on to take more shots at mikey while adding that he "hopes Campbell wins a vacant wbc belt so loma can avoid mikey" & once again made it clear that he wants no parts of mikey,if Mikey won Arum might just croak from bitter hatred

How miserable are y’all lives that y’all have to hate on Loma?

If anything he is one of the fighters with integrity consistently fighting the best.

Crolla is the best available until Tank or Garcia sign.

I could see Loma drop down to 130
For Berchelt but none of the Mexicans want that fight guaranteed.

Truth is after he dominated Crolla, he will fight a champion be it Garcia or Tank guaranteed.

Loma wants to fight the best, he has integrity.

You know better than that. Spence is levels above Rocky Martinez too, but which one put Mikey on his a$$? Donaire hits much harder than Merroquin but which one had Rigo hurt twice? Hagler is a much bigger puncher than Kevin Howard but which one floored Leonard? History is littered with examples like these.

I don't understand the hate for a boxer like Loma. He seems like a stand-up guy & fights in an entertaining style & he's undoubtedly skilled. He's never a d-ckhead in his interviews & he never calls anyone for the hell of it.

Maybe it's his fans people hate & they just talk sh-t to piss them off. Otherwise I don't get it .

Will be a good fight in the future. But if Lopez can't make 135 for much longer, they should make it this year.

I'm not a Loma fan at all but I tend to think the total opposite to what you believe. Loma has definitely separated himself in his weight class/boxing period. I didn't see him go life & death yet, digging deep at 135 yet. I even think that he should go in as the favorite against some of the champs at 140 but I think I'm in the minority on that one. But so far he has backed up the hype in my opinion. Of course you are entitled to yours though

People get knocked down in boxing, I know it's a shocker. Mikey got dropped by Roman Martinez at 130.

Both men got off the canvas and stopped their opponents.

I do genuinely think loma has fought some decent opponents, but by no means has he gone near the best that warent completely overmatched underdogs/journeymans with no top names on resume. I don't gove him much credit for his wins vs anyone below 130,he has zero business fighting anyone below 130 or dragging them up to 130=135. I can live with the fact that he was testing the pro waters at the time but anyone below 130 is a complete mismatch & huge underdogs vs a fighter his size/skills that spent his entire pro career at 132.(regardless if fans claim hes a small 126 lber imho thats complete bs
