I agree with this. I was talking more about the fact that he's not at his best and he's losing, therefore people feel inclined to attack his career like he isn't as great as he really was...when in fact that's bull****.

They have different careers and all, but Morales' losses to MAB/Pac/Raheem are garnering similar criticism to Jones' losses to Johnson & Tarver.

I hate to see Morales go out of this game beaten black and blue. But at least he'll go out fighting like a real warrior. He wasn't exposed or something. It just might be the end of his career. Unlike Jones who was touted as invincible because he kept running all throughout his career, until he got exposed as a softie by Tarver and Johnson.

I agree. Morales is just so stubborn that he would still fight PAC eventhough his chances are very slim.

I just don't see how he could overcome PAC in this fight

Erik Morales has lost 3 of his last 4 fights, and is almost spent.

Lets review Erika's last 3 losses...

11/04 - Against MAB, lost a close MD. FYI- Erika has always had
problems w/ MAB, this lost shouldn't have surprised anyone.

- And by the way, after Morales looked badly beat against
MAB in their trilogy, Erika came back and beat PAC
decisively.

9/05 - I give alot of props for Erika taking this fight,
or maybe it was just a boneheaded decision of theirs.
'Cause if y'all really know the sport of boxing INSIDE
THE RING and not as a viewer, ZAHIR was my hands down
favorite to beat EM in a similar fashion in how it
actually played out. It would've been an UPSET if
ZAHIR lost this fight. ZAHIR would've beaten Erika
at any stage of EM's career.

1/06 - When PAC lost to Erika the 1st time, it was a close fight
and PAC was fighting w/ an injury, how about you guys
try to fight w/ ONE EYE ! BUT FORGET THAT, what made PAC
lose was not what Erika was doing, it was because PAC
came in overconfident(no one to blame but PAC)thinking
he was just gonna throw punches w/o methods to his madness and it was gonna be
over. Don't y'all remember in the 1st and 2nd rounds of the first fight...
Roach kept sayin' to PAC, "Do not screw around w/
this guy". Well PAC came back w/ 2 eyes, had a GAMEPLAN
and stuck w/ it. AND what should've happened the 1st time
PAC wasn't settling for no victory via a decision, he
came to clean Erika's clock out via a thorough, brutal
beating.

WHAT EXACTLY IS MY POINT? Erika lost to top-flight competition, it's not like he lost against E*PN2 FNF bums, wanna-be contenders, etc...

So no Erika isn't done yet. But he will be after Nov.18 'cause PACNASTY will show him the way to the morgue!
