and that's why not too much value should be placed on him making this statement. I've yet to see him be impressive vs a good fighter that is southpaw. Kirkland is a face first brawler. Trout and lara are very good boxers but I think being southpaw also played a role. That's why Canelo was only able to landed about 9 jabs vs Lara.Canelo did not dominate Lara and Trout more because they are good fighters than because they are southpaws. But the reality is that Canelo has faced very few southpaws in his career. The only other one that comes to mind is Kirkland. Crawford is equally effective with either stance, but Jacobs is more effective with the right-hand stance. It is going to be interesting to see how Daniel Jacobs takes advantage of both stances and how Canelo reacts to them.Comment

Those judges didn't favour Golovkin at all...what are you on?! They gave every close round to Canelo in both fights.Ggg got to pick the most favorable judges ffs who had already favored him previously. To top it off canelo supposedly barely won the rematch on all 3 judges cards including the judge ggg chose despite CLEARLY winning 7 rds imho. In the 1st fight he drawed in a split decision with 1 wide card & gggs favorite judge barely had him winning. So what part of any of those things demonstrate that canelo has judges in his pocket?
even byrds card only meant she gave canelo all the close rds.
Name me your favorite fighter so I can show you which fights the judges were as biased af as can be,I bet you whoever your fav fighter is has had 12 rd won gifts beforeComment

Man I was at that fight. I know you ignore body work but Canelo was fkn Lara's body up! You could HEAR those punches landing. And what I hate is on tv they dont show you what the cutman and trainer is doing. Lara pissed blood for weeks I bet.Comment

God I hope not??? I knew Kirkland stood ZERO chance when Wolfe wasn't training him.
Dougie Fisch actually spoke about the Lara/Trout fights when someone tried clowing them in Mondays mailbagComment

So you are saying that the Vegas judges robbed Canelo in the 2nd fight and were unfair to him and kind to GGG. You are saying instead of a close split decision Canelo should have won by maybe 116 to 112 on all three cards. Yeah, right. Your honest opinion that Canelo CLEARLY won 7 rounds is CLEARLY wrong. Most viewers thought GGG edged out the 2nd fight and clearly won the first fight. Your statement that GGG got to hand pick his favorite judges is pure BS. You obviously have a strong dislike for GGG and a bias against him and that has been evident in your past posts. It becomes even more obvious when you are OK with Byrd giving Canelo 10 of the 12 rounds to Canelo in the first fight. Canelo gets the scoring advantage in Vegas fights and that's obvious. One judge gave him a draw against Mayweather. Jacobs can beat him on points if he wins clearly. If Jacobs deserves to win a close one he will lose a close one just as what happened to GGG in the 2nd fight.Ggg got to pick the most favorable judges ffs who had already favored him previously. To top it off canelo supposedly barely won the rematch on all 3 judges cards including the judge ggg chose despite CLEARLY winning 7 rds imho.
