LOS ANGELES - Prominent promoters Bob Arum and Eddie Hearn put differences aside to coordinate Friday's main event between Vasiliy Lomachenko and Anthony Crolla that will be streamed on ESPN+ from Staples Center. While Crolla shadow boxed in the ring during his media workout on Tuesday, Arum and Hearn were a few feet away discussing their next big fight.

Great! I'm glad Zurdo didn't give up his belt.

Don't bet on that fight happening. Ramirez specializes in ducking top competition.

Dude it says in the article that he and Arum want the fight. They are even willing to have it in the UK.

I've been a big Zurdo fan since the Vlasov fight, but he's stagnated while Smith has taken the next step by fighting the tougher comp. Mundo batters Ramirez

Battle of the twin towers the headline would read. Would love to see it as it would be zurdos first high quality fight. I'd favor Smith in that though. Definitely a hard fight for the both of them

Why make Zurdo come down to 168 if Smith claims he plans to go to 175 anyway? Why not just do it at 175? Trying to hang around 168 as long as possible to stay in the Canelo lottery chances?

Arum controls who he fights. Ramirez has no say in anything.

Id love to see Smith kick his ordinary ass though. He isnt even that good.

Ramirez should probably have to go to DAZN for this tbh. He's the b side. I'd tell Arum I'd send over Campbell or something if he picks up a vacant strap.
