Manny Pacquiao has signed a contract at Rizin just months after mercilessly mocking Floyd Mayweather for doing the same

It is unclear if Manny Pacquiao will simply show up at an event or participate in a fight, which is something he ridiculed boxing rival Floyd Mayweather for.
