Comments Thread For: Dillian Whyte Tears Apart Manuel Charr Over Fight Rejection

Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte has ripped apart WBA "regular" world champion Manuel Charr for rejecting a potential showdown. Whyte is planning to fight on July 13th, in what would be the British boxer's first bout since last December, when he knocked out Dereck Chisora in their rematch.

So he turned down a title shot against Joshua and now he's going after Charr instead?? That's pretty lame. Whyte needs to fight Povetkin, Ortiz or Parker next. Anything less than that would be disappointing.

I don't think he wants to fight Ortiz. I think it's a great fight myself. He's running out of options seems like.

I like Whyte and hate the way the WBC have messed him about but fighting Charr is a complete waste of time, he needs to beat someone in the WBC top 5 or at worst top 10 to strengthen his mandatory argument.
Povetkin/Ortiz or the Parker rematch are the best options if he wants to headline another sky ppv, if its not one of them maybe Kownacki or Kabayel at a push on the undercard of a bigger fight.

Charr has to fight Bryan, no point trying to make that fight.

                Povetkin is free

Pathetic opponent for someone claiming to be in the top 5.

There are so many perfect opponents like Parker , ortiz, pulev, povetkin who would love this fight, but ***** whyte knows he gets exposed if he steps up again and fights any top 10.
