Frampton lost the chance of that third fight when Warrington beat him.

I have a feeling that he signed with Top Rank because Valdez was dangled at him. That move moved another fight with LSC even further away.

Carl has wanted the third fight ever since the rematch. Leo promised him he'd fight in Ireland only to go back on his word like a punk. The Warrington loss has nothing to do with the fight not happening.

I think Framps has to do something to get that fight i.e put on a good show vs a named opponent.
I can understand why LSC is looking beyond Carl - who needs to regain the Eye of the Tiger which he seems to have lost somewhere along the line in recent fights.
