When you get cases like this in ******* cities like Chicago Newyork the prosecutor will always play it down reduce it to next to nothing the only justice will come in civil court where depending on how much money they had at the time will come into play and maybe a bankruptcy if the award is to high.

Not so sure in this case,alot prosecutors LOVE press and this is also a pro fighter with a GREAT tape.They will plead it down some but disagree on the "next to nothing"part esp with felony.We will just have to see.

Yeah it's very concerning. Corruption is at Russia levels where they aren't even trying to hide it at this point. This is deeply, deeply unsettling.

America is the Land of the FREE. We dont let dictators like Trump threaten our democracy, censor our news, and fu.cking ally with RUSSIA (dictator). We dont abandon allies in war zones (Syria), disregard ALL of SCIENCE (global warming), mock people with disabilities (Cerebral Palsy), make light of criminal past (Kavanaugh), regulate finances to benefit millionaires...like our own POTUS (Trumps tax plan), watch as Puerto Rico, an American territory, endures catastrophic damage...and then throw paper towels at them like they're lesser people (what the hell?).

Yeah, this Trump thing is mind boggling. Trump and **********s want to get rid of social security, eliminate welfare, outlaw ******** (stopped funding clinics performing them), legalize "conversion therapy", alienate and disrespect our allies (great fuc.king job), start a trade war with China and other nations, build new oil pipelines/reduce environmental regulations...literally nothing positive has come from thos administration.

And dont start with "unemployment". We've transformed our unemployment problem into an underemployment problem. And the middle class stagnation and progressive deterioration is evidence of such...and yet a large number of citizens still support the impending implosion. Its stunning really

Great post and points!That last sentence really says it all "stunning" because it truly is.You seem educated whether school or just self taught so if I were to tell you 4yrs ago that just ONE of the many scandal's Trump has had even down to tape about grapping women you would have thought "well that's the end of this candidacy" I know I would have and don't have time to go over ALL the crap he has pulled since becoming Pres. jesse Smollett just walked on 16 felonies sure they would have or should have plead it down some but did a back door deal and let him walk for his 10,000 bail.

As I wrote in post before last its possible they will pay off kid to try and drop charges but that's still up to prosecutor.Best case is they get kid to change his story to something to the effect of "I started it"or "I threatened him"but tape shows SS had chance to walk away and did not so it will be interesting. I forgot where it happened if its Newark then maybe Prosecutor might have more reason to work with him esp if he has no assault's or felony's.

I'll preface by saying that I am a fan of this kid. I have been to a few of his fights including his last one. I will also be attending the Crawford card rooting him on. There is no excusing what he did but he deserves a second chance. Hector Camacho was involved in many street brawls but there were no cell phones. These kids today need to mature quicker. His people need to keep him focused and out of trouble. You may snicker but I believe that Stevenson is the real deal. Time will tell!
