You don't need to give Fury a rematch , you lost that fight move on and hope you yourself don't get flattened in May .
Schwartz ? I bet he would still be one of YOUR best wins maybe just outside a top 5 ? Do you even look at your own resume history as champion ? Lol
So in a further attempt to discredit Wilder, Schwartz, who has never beaten anyone of note and has never been in the top 10 is now a better win that Stiverne and Ortiz. Yup, you call em' right down the middle huh.
The 208lb LHW
fighting at HW named WILDER put FURY on his azz 2x while being outweighed by over 50lbs. Also, the ref is lucky WILDER didn't connect the final seconds because he might of killed FURY!!
Even before Fury signed with Arum and scuppered an immediate rematch with Wilder, his trainer was saying that he wasn't yet back to his best and needed another tune up before fighting Deontay again.
So yes, he is milking his new found fame in the US, but also following his team's advice and waiting till he is 100% fighting fit before going for another title fight or top contender.
The ESPN move was a pure duck and you d@mn well know it
i dont get wilder and his thinking, hes saying that he might turn down a fury rematch in the future because fury isnt fighting him right now?? is that whats hes doing with joshua?? Does his mind really work like that??
i think he needs a reality check, hes lucky to have his belt and only reason he has it is that he was fighting at home smh
