That's exactly what's happening. Money issues were resolved none of the other fighters in the tournament have pulled out. He's under contract what's the problem? It's a smoke screen because they shook to fight taylor. They already got the belt and wanted to milk it for easier fights. Its as simple that that. If he don't want to fight strip his azzz without the belt he isn't relevant.

If he gets stripped he's phuked his IBF belt will be up for grabs and back in the tournament which is what WBSS only cares about they replace him maybe even sue him for because he broke his contract. But most important the winner of the tournament has all the belts excet WBO (their champ didn't enter tournament).
