    The Montreal Journal reports that former WBO light heavyweight champion Eleider Alvarez is back at the gym. After a weeks of rest, Alvarez is more motivated than ever to secure world championship bout by the end of the year. Alvarez has been clearing up his mind since he lost his title to Russia's Sergey Kovalev. A reflection necessary to not repeat the same mistakes.

      Bob Arum dumped his contract with a quickness after that fight. After he had just signed him to a big money deal.

        hes still with arum. Getting a pay cut after a loss is common practice. Wait till u see what Broner and Mikey get paid next fight.

          How many times have we heard that line? Notice he didn't praise Kovalev for his excellent performance... which is the REAL reason this guy lost. Man up, bubba. You were beaten by a much improved fighter who you will never be able to beat again.

            Props to Eleider, I think he's a great boxer but he's talking complete rubbish. He says that he was looking for the knockout and comming forward. In reality he didn't have a game plan at all and was very passive, just waiting for an opening and when he couldn't land, he didn't have a plan B. Got schooled big time imo!
