The Holloway-Ortega fight I believe had the most or one of the most strikes ever thrown in a UFC fight.

All stand-up almost all punches, how do you rate their ability?

Too hard to tell, Ortega fights like a caveman and just comes forward inviting punches to his face. Easiest way is to match up MMA fighters with boxers and watch them get humiliated.

This fight was a perfect example of the big difference between boxing and MMA striking.

Ortega is a good MMA fighter but his striking was awful compared to Holloway. It looked like complete amateur against a professional. You would hardly have a professional boxing match where the number 1 or 2 challenger looked so bad against the champion. Holloway isn't a good enough boxer to beat D level boxer. Yet he was able to completely embarrass one of his closest competitor with his striking.
