He never "hit a woman", he was hitting a dude and there was incidental contact with the chick who seemed like she was in the middle trying to mediate.

If anything, this makes him look worst that he's a professional boxer, yet didn't look like it in a fight with civilians.

Though, he is on 135 lbs, so he's probably too small to be out fighting regular sized dudes.

That’s not courts work. Stevenson is seen hitting those girls once or twice, maybe not “hard” but his buddy and other boxers was whaling on the females and the guy. Stevenson was involved with that altercation. There’s no other way to spin it, and the Jury will easily be for the victims. Unless of course the victims agree to settlement, and all need to be awarded differently.

What’s more interesting is Stevenson most likely has a different lawyer. Don’t see why Top Rank would want to defend the both people. Their interest is in Shakur.

Whats wrong with hitting someone when they're down? This is a street fight not a boxing match. And he isn't going to go to jail for misdemeanor battery.

Well 1st its assault you do you do know street fighting is not legal right?2nd it looks bad in assault case because pretty hard to say your just defending yourself(which is legal)when you have chance to walk away when guy is down and instead keep hitting him.3rd he is a pro boxer whose hands are lethal weapons under the law.4th and MOST IMPORTENT is that you must have misread story because he is being charged with a FELONY along with a few misdemeanor's.Im speaking from a strictly legal point of view not from whats socially acceptable.Trust me he is in BIG trouble unless he can pay this kid off which im sure will be tried by Top Rank after investment already in kid.
