  • Comments Thread For: Joshua Promoter Admits: Impossible To Replicate Miller in Camp

Eddie Hearn, promoter for IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, admits that it's been "impossible" to replicate the physical qualities of Jarrell 'Big Baby' Miller in training camp. Joshua will defend his four titles against Miller on June 1, at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Big baby's come forward style will be putting to check when he feels the power on the right hand.
He will think twice before coming forward after a series of combinations hit him like a sunami.

It's a really interesting clash of styles. You'ed think Miller would use his weight and grab to tire Joshua but that's not Millers style. Millers work rate is excellent he could land more punches and win rounds but power is lacking and he's not hard to hi, can he keep punching while taking Joshuas shots.

Keep selling it Hearn that's your job....but the truth is nobody really knows if Miller is up to it ...that's the risk of parting with the cash.

I just hope Hearn puts his names in with decent opposition on the under card and not just a showcase, then i'll pay.

The only person I can think of to replicate the work-rate and to some extent weight of Miller is Joyce. The problem is Joyce is taller than Miller with a longer reach so Joshua doesn't want to get too used to him. Kownacki would be a good shout if he didn't have such a close relationship with Miller. Is Butterbean still alive and able to move around freely?

Big belly vs Joshko is like a rhino vs a man with a huge rifle

Good comparison. Is the rifle high enough caliber? Washington/Dinu took a .22 and got squashed.

Little doubt that Miller will get hit by the faster, longer reaching Joshua, is it going to hurt or will Miller shrug it off?

Methinks it is going to hurt too much. Miller walked through Dinu, Washington and Adamek punches noticeably easier than Wach and Dennis. AJ is a big step up from those guys.

All Big Baby Miller has to do is drop a protein shake fart near Joshua and that will be the end of it.
