I agree with the part about Leo being on a different level than Vargas .
But I also think Leo's running outta decent opponents ( not named GRJr ) and it'd make an intriguing match up.

Great fight! I always thought Kameda got robbed twice against that McDonnell bum.

McDonnell wasn't a bum. Nor did Kameda get robbed. Jamie won the first fight by about 3 points, and won clearly in the rematch. It's your shocking capabilities to score a fight that's the problem. As well as the shocking scoring from the American commentary team. Everyone over here in the boxing world were scratching their heads in how they had Kameda winning. He didn't, and McDonnell got the 2 wins he deserved.
