    Arnaoutis-Harris off, Harris-N'Dou to come?

Late-replacement specialist Lovemore N’Dou has become the leading candidate to replace Mike Arnaoutis as the opponent for former junior welterweight titlist “Vicious” Vivian Harris on July 29.

Arnaoutis was forced off of the show after suffering a cut during a Wednesday sparring session. No official word on how long the unbeaten Greek will be on the shelf.

If the fight is given the green light, it will serve as an IBF junior welterweight elimination bout, with the winner to face recently crowned Juan Urango.

Other names being considered include Joel Casamayor and unbeaten junior welterweight contender Demetrius Hopkins.

A suitable replacement pending, the bout will serve as the main event for HBO’s next installment of their Boxing After Dark series. The co-feature remains intact, with Joshua Clottey taking on undefeated Colombian welterweight Richard Gutierrez.

The bouts headline a full card at the Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez, CA, presented by Gary Shaw Productions, LLC.

Lovemore is a hard-nosed fighter but if they want to keep it in the BAD tradision they should try and get Demetrius Hopkins. He's an undefeated young fighter and has most likely the knockout of the year so far this year. But anyway its a shame Mighty Mike had to pull out I was looking forward to him stepping up.

I wonder how he got cut during sparring, i thought the headgear protected you from cuts. A fight against Lovemore would be aright, he seems to fall short when he steps it up though, this could be his last chance.

Lovemore will likely be a more dangerous opponent than Arnaoutis would have been.I hope it comes off!

I'll give him credit for being a tough fighter that doesnt back down. But he still lost to a young cotto and junior witter whom looked like **** the second half of the fight. Dont get me wrong i like lovemore, but when he steps it up he doesnt find ways to win.
