How can he? No one is willing to fight him.
Again thats the problem with boxing.
As a proponent of fighters getting their value I respect the free marketness of boxing thats unlike most all other sports.
As a proponent of the best fighting the best all the time I'd love for boxing to be run like a dictatorship like most all other sports.Comment

The way he can (Minus Crawford showdown) is with Haymon overpaying his opponents. Remember, GGG was essentially a PPV fighter from the Lemieux fight on. They had to go the PPV route to satisfy the opponent. Spence will have to do the same here. Kenny Porter was already excited to hear about the numbers Spence/Garcia did because he knew they were getting the next PPV slot. How can he? No one is willing to fight him.

I'd be fine with either Porter or DSG next since they are on the same level, but prefer Porter for obvious reasons. For one, he got the close decision win over DSG, and two, he holds the WBC strap. Spence could unify and it gives him a stronger positioning in getting the fights he wants since if you want the WBC strap, you have to go through him. Not only that, but Spence vs Crawford deserves to happen for all four belts. Now that is a TRUE undisputed match up worthy of all the hype.Comment

As a big Spence fan doe I just wanna see this cat get his chance to prove how good he is now.
All this bs is tiring & its wasting this guys career when he could be a major player now instead of trying to get the bigger, equal or hell even some lesser names to fight him. Spence could be so much bigger than he is already if not for all the bs of boxing.
This sport can be extremely frustrating as a fan when you are truly invested in seeing certain fights happen. I've said this a few times in jest, but I really do think if I make it to 70 or some age where any day feels more like it could be my last I'll just quit watching boxing cuz boxing has such a frustrating & **** teasing business model thats either unable sometimes or unwilling other times to make the fights fans wanna see without making us wait. If boxing powers that be ran the NFL there'd be a super bowl every 2 to 3 years.Comment

This is Boxing politics 101. The reason they (the promoters) do this is because of Money and the longevity of the fighters.
Imagine if the top boxers (Spence, PAC, Thurman, Porter, and Crawford) fight each other. Boxing would be over, meaning there would be no expectations, no drama, nothing to look forward to.
So, they string along the drama and extend their careers by doing this....Eventually they will fight (I hope) but I don't know when or with who?

When prompted to fight Terrence, Errald said "no, because he's wrong side of street".How can he? No one is willing to fight him.
