I think we've all seen a movie where someone kisses a reporter or someone unsuspecting "out of joy." It's meant to be light-hearted and comedic. I think Pulev wanted to capture a moment, but the problem is he should've separated comedy with reality. I think we all know what he meant, but it was real and it was awkward. Especially in today's age where the coolest thing is to be offended by something. And really, what he did was a dumb move, but yeah, I'm sure she'd rather that than getting ****d.
