Adams is ranked #6 by the WBO, hasn’t lost in 4 years, has exposure because of the contender and one of his losses came against someone who lost in the tournament he won.

I’m not excited about him fighting either guy but I understand why the promoters would pick him. It’s an easy win and there’s an argument for Adams being good. Plus, if he fights GGG in Los Angeles (which is a good possibility), there’s the added bonus of Adams being from LA and potentially bringing some fans to sit in the seats.

Yeah and I quite like Adams. Have been a fan of his since the first Boxcino tournament he was apart of. He doesn't need to be fighting these guys though. Beating Shane Mosley Jr is no huge accomplishment.
