Bad numbers, the prelims did alright numbers but that was because of the Nascar lead in. PBC needs to get the FS1 numbers to average better numbers. Don't know how much better Traux/Quillin does to be honest.

plant vs Uzcategui did way better than this and Peterson and Lipinets are better known than both those guys. Same time slot and everything.

This was actully along with Plant Uzcategui the best matchups they’ve announced for fs1 so far

Plant vs Uzcategui were also getting a bunch of air time during the NFC divisional games and just playoffs in general. That fight got promoted like crazy and the numbers back it up.

But I don't expect the numbers to improve all that much unless it is getting good promotion off the NFL or even now when FOX starts airing Smackdown.

That's more like it. That Plant-Uzcategui number was a head scratcher. They must of had a great lead-in.

No, just got good advertising with the NFC playoffs.

They should have avoided going head to head with the tourney.

FoxSports1 total viewer base just isn't that good. You can only do so well on that channel even if it's accessible to a lot of people.

And if you think about it the only reason the ratings were up 15% is because these matchups this year are higher quality than last year.

For comparison UFC on FS1 during this same time block had cards drawing 1M viewers. FS1 for prelims or UFC Fight Night on FS1 drew high ratings. I think the last UFC Fight Night did over 800K viewers on FS1. The first UFC Fight Night on ESPN sunday night same time block did drew 1.463M viewers, Prelims 988,000. And FS1 is in virtually the same amount of homes as ESPN. These are bad numbers. The prelim drew MORE then the Main Card. Meaning fans were watching NASCAR not caring about PBC and just didn't change the channel after and didn't stick around for the main card. NASCAR aired on FS1 before PBC and that drew 2.5M viewers. Even with that major of a lead in PBC couldn't draw.
