This is just a tune up fight for Fury before he jumps in with a top HW (I hope). Now if Fury fights another suspect challenger after Schwarz then I will be a little more critical. All this fight is for is to make Fury look good to the casual fans.

Cannot see arum and espn paying fury massive money for this fight , it needs to be earned as per tv ratings and by their own admission fury v wilder was not that great , Davidson does not have the nouse inexperience to pull the wool over seasoned boxing fans ..

The simple fact that Luis Ortiz's name wasn't even mentioned speaks volumes. Why don't they quit lying to the public and say he just wants a tune up instead of all the BS about fighting a top ranked unbeaten super threat. Pathetic.

who cares about Ortiz, Fury doesn't owe ortiz anything..why ortiz?A tune up is fine and any great boxers does them.

is breazeale some threat? breazeale fights like a sloppy amatear..

Ortiz is not that good. he was waay better 3 years ago and i thinnk age is REALLY starting to get him.

Povetkin is better IMO, whyte may be better as well. He gassed haard after about the 6-7th

After the fight Fury said that he hoped Wilder hadn't put on his running shoes to avoid rematch, but Wilder was running toward him to make the rematch. Looks like that fooking p***y Fury is the one with the running shoes on. Don't try that BS about building the fight up, the rematch is already a hot ticket.

I have to be honest, for the most part your opinions are well informed, I respect it it, but when it comes to Tyson Fury, you are totally biased, it's unbelievable that your defending this BS.

You are saying the guy Fury is fighting is better and more dangerous than Ortiz. You are beyond ****** if you think that. Yes, Ortiz is getting old, and more reason to fight him. Get a common opponent with Wilder and out-do him. No, he is not after a challenge, and is spooked by Wilder's power. Arum is smart enough to know how to carefully match him to avoid a loss.

Povetkin, Whyte, Joshua, etc all say they are better than the old man Ortiz, but not one of them has the balls to prove it. Fury now joins the crowd of ******* that duck Ortiz.

never said sch***** was better or more dangerous once!!, ever. I don't think Ortiz is some killer, and Fury would outbox him easy. I also don't think Ortiz deserves a shot at fury right now.

"spooked by Wilders power" get real, Fury was out of shape on a 2 year ******* binge and came back took all of wilders best punches, and the world watched. Then was robbed blind

FURY WON OUT HOMMIE, no question

He went to Klitschko’s backyard, Wilder’s backyard - who else has done that? When you discuss with them about coming to us… the conversation goes dead.”
