Going by the theory Junior Jones should have beaten Morales.

Jones KO's MAB, MAB beats Morales, So certanily a fighter who beat MAB would be able to beat Morales right?....WRONG.

Boxing is not black and white likr that.

Never said just because Pac beats MAB, Pac beats Morales. I said that Pac has the tools and favorable factors to be able to beat Morales. Not to give Pac a chance is just dumb.

We use MAB as a measuring stick because of how he got beat by PAC. No one, not Jones, not Morales, has ever beaten MAB like PAC. No one outscored him with 7-9 point deficit in the judges cards and no one has knocked Barrera down 3 times in a match. MAB took the worst beating of his career. At least for me, it's draws questions on exactly how he would fare against Morales.

morales by split decision, in the final chapter of this trilogy.
i dont think it will be a war like the first one but it should still be a good fight.

        you said

Gotta see Morales/MAB. Only to see how Morales' fair for the Pac match.

Meaning to me that you wanted to watch MAB/Morales to see how Morales would do against MAB and compare how Pac did to how Morales did. Did I get the wrong impresion from this?

I take from that comment you never seen the 1st Junior Jones fight? Pac did not knock MAB down 3 times he knocked him down 2 times and stopped him in round 11, Jones knocked MAB down 2 times and stopped him in round 5.

        Jones beat him up worse.

No, to see Morales' technique. How he would do against what MAB would throw at him, his power, speed. Morales would be in good shape. Then I can properly compare both boxers. I make a lil effort b4 throwing blind predictions.

Morales beat Barrera, Morales, beat Jones. It goes both ways so it ain't impossible. So if Pac can beat MAB, he can beat Morales..what you saying it's impossible??

Mab was knocked down once in the third. The sixth round ruled non-knockdown was a knockdown that wasn't called. A punch that brings you to the ground is a knockdown. Did you even see it?
That ref don't know ****, even gave a KD against pac when he slipped. Ridiculous.

          And wasn't MAB DQed?

why would you want to see how Morales would do aginst MAB when they have already fought twice?

never said it was impossible for Pac to beat Morales, what I said was thay you cant judge how a fighter will do against someone by looking at what they did against common oponents.

Oh ok the ref just missed it.Dont seem to remember that, but I'll take your word for it.

He was DQ'ed cause his corner man jumped into the ring to stop the fight while MAB was helpless and Jones was tee'ing off on him.

Re: Morales/MAB That was then this is now.

why do you think I'm studying both boxer's styles. If Pac beats Morales, would I have been wrong in using MAB as a measuring stick?

As for the knockdown. Yeah you seem to have forgotten it. Or maybe I'm just dreaming like Merchant, Lampley and Steward after seeing the instant replay on three different angles slow motion. Yeah that must be it..

Ah I see. I only saw the rematch. Still, MAB took a baad beating

Yes considering Morales will fight a different fight against Pac than he would against MAB cause Pac and MAB are two fighters who fight in completely different ways.

                must be

Would Morales throw weak punches? Would he try to fight slow? No. His power and speed are two things I would like to see. Is he fast on his feet? Would he avoid punches well? These elements are there no matter what style he's fighting in or what what style he is fighting against.

                  hmmm..naahh...you just forgot. Nice quote

Morales gets the first clear knockdown of his career. Pac wins, ref stops the fight.
