Boxing promoters are not listening to what the fightfans want. They only protect their invesments. That's why boxing as a sport is dying. Boxing result don't even merit a whole page in the newspaper. Before it used to get the front page!

Re: Newspaper coverage: Sad and true! It's been that way for well over a decade now, save for a sprinkling of exceptions! The problem is the world of boxing is not ********ic; We (the fans),it's ordinary citizens, have little say in our world's affairs! One of these days our ranks will thin even more as many would opt for other sports; including watching contraptions cobbled together by people with too much time on their hands catapult squash over the farthest distance. ESPN biggies have decided such an "event" merit some airtime even as they have tightened the screws on boxing since early this year ! So, don't be too surprised if the time comes!

I guess i'm one of the few who is looking forward to this fight. I would have liked to see Morales take on Pac Man, but that stuff does't always work out. I'm sure if the public keeps demanding this fight it will eventully happen.

In Morales vs MAB, I hope to see a fight like the first one between these two and both guys will put on their best preformances because a lot is on the line for them. For Morlaes- to be mentioned in the same breath as Julio Casar Chavez. For MAB- to gain back the respect he lost against Pac Man and to show he is a great warrior like Morales.

I think the fight will be very entertainig and very hard faught, I'll go with Morales by UD.

I wouldn't switch off the TV on Morales-MAB, either, but only because it has to be better than watching pro wrestling, or somesuch...

How you doin', Man? Yes, as a yardstick, it's need-to-watch, but I'm afraid it would be a replay of the two previous fights; only good for their times. After all, how many times can one stand replays of Rocky? Or Raging Bull? or, whatever? As medium of entertainment, then, it won't be neat to watch. As a sport-- specifically, boxing-- it won't come close to Pacquiao-Barrera in all respects. Now, THAT WAS A FIGHT! PACQUIAO-BARRERA!!! Good to hear from you again, ol' fella!

If you knew anything about boxing you would know that you cannot judge how a fighter would do against someone by looking at what they did against a common oponent especially when the oponents styles are so much different.

Going by the theory Junior Jones should have beaten Morales.

Jones KO's MAB, MAB beats Morales, So certanily a fighter who beat MAB would be able to beat Morales right?....WRONG.

Boxing is not black and white likr that.
