The Crawford fight won't happen this year. I don't think Pac and Porter want to get in there with Errol so it will be interesting to see who his next opponent is.

You sound like an idiot. There isn't a fighter alive that has done what Pac has done. Who's your boy? Let me guess....everyone he's ever beaten. lol.

Meanwhile, what's there to make Crawford's status grow? Kavaliauskas? Bes*****? Collazo? They offered DSG $3 Mil, but Khan $5 Mil! I think they need to offer Thurman something significant (more than Khan)! Thurman doesn't want Spence, so maybe Arum can get him to accept a challenge from Crawford? Thurman vs. Crawford would be a great segue to Spence vs. Crawford!
Yes they can do cha cha cha!

Let me ask you. What would you do if you were in the twilight of your boxing career. Fight an easier opponent for $30M or more. Or would you face a younger, better fighter for far less?

Problem is neither fighter is anywhere near as popular as May or Pac. Fight won't happen this year. Arum said before that he wasn't interested unless this would do a minimum of 500K buys. Both guys need to build up a bit more which is unfortunate for fans. I just don't see how Crawford can do it when Thurman, Porter, DSG, and Pacquiao are all on PBC's side.

No matter how much longer Arum, Haymon and others attempt to build Crawford-Spence into a bigger event, it won’t come close to generating the type of profits Mayweather-Pacquiao produced.

                  This^^^
Bob and Haymon are trying to maximize the profit on this fight but it's not going to touch the May-Pac fight in revenue. So they might well as make the fight at the end of this year or early next year. Causal fans and people who didn't follow boxing knew who Mayweather and Pacquiao was, it's not the same with Spence and Crawford. One reason why is they aren't big personalities or polarizing figures outside of boxing. They are pretty much laid back guys who can fight lol

Spence needs to stop wasting his time at welterweight and move up. Spence-Crawford isn’t big enough for a joint promotion. But Canelo-Spence would be. Especially at Jerryworld.

This is the problem. Everybody’s afraid to lose a fight. If Mayweather grows a sack and get beat by either Spence or Crawford, those guys instantly become stars. Same with Pacquiao. Both Pac and May earned their bones by beating Oscar. Before that Ali/Liston. Foreman/Frazier. Holmes/Ali. Cooney/Norton. Hearns/Duran. Tyson/Spinks. The list goes on.
