If you saw the fight you would know that Wilder lost the fight and received a home cooked gift draw. If they didn't rob Fury, the rematch clause would have kicked in and Wilder would automatically get a contractual second chance at redemption.

Obviously you missed the fight but not to worry, it's on line. Go ahead and check it out and then come back and edit your post...no shame in that.

He beat Wilder once, he'll do it again...Sometimes a fighter just has your number.

Fury knows that fighting Wilder after a signing a new contract is a risky move. So Fury is looking out for his best interest on this one.

“I did the appropriate thing. Many people felt our fight was controversial so I gave him the rematch. I think he should have taken our deal while it was on the table. He got his new deal because they thought I was going to be a part of it. I mean, if I don’t give him that rematch, they’re going to be sick.”

I still don't see why espn wants Wilder to sign a multi fight deal to get the Fury rematch. I think the fight will get made eventually. There's not enough money in fighting no name guys like Tom Schwarz. So I think eventually Fury will be in a against a bigger names in the division.

Yeah Wilder vs Breazeale will be a way better action fight than Wilder vs Fury even though it doesn't mean as much.

Then ****ed it all up for the fans!
Yeah none of that "being a god" matters. He would've been a whore that was pimped out for AJ if he won both fights and AJ got 70 or 80mil a piece and he got a flat 40 for both.

AJ can do the fight on Showtime so they are in the same place as before considering that AJ is not a dazn fighter. If he wants the fight on dazn so bad maybe HE should sign with them

                Fury ducking.

Joshua/DAZN offers $100-$120 million for 2-3 fight including the man at HW, Anthony Joshua.

Wilder does not sign and is fighting another tomato can in his next bout.

                Wilder not ducking.

                ?????????????

                Is this real life
I guess being half right is better than being all wrong. Yes Wilder offered Fury the rematch and Fury went in a different direction, but to say Wilder is fighting a tomato can when he is actually fighting his MANDATORY. He can't avoid the fight unless he drops his belt. Fury is fighting a tomato can, lbvs.

Well, deontay " fight me on my Al daddy terms or you're ducking me" is getting a bit boring and exposed as late...

I was shtting on Josh but it seems deontay only wants it his own way...

Fury making money fighting cans he couldn't care less.

Exposed by what? Still having the big fights available or Giving 50/50 splits to challengers? The dazn offer sets AJ up to bargain off of his flat 40 million. He would essentially ne working for Joshua.

I do believe that it's time for him to shoot AJ a Showtime offer since the fight can happen on that platform, but everyone is saying his decision makes sense. And judging by Hearn's crying about it, he made the right move

Exposed as deluded and not wanting as much the big fights as he said.

If he really wants big fights he is a moron because he is not getting any big fight soon, AJ might fight Fury first.

All I know is when Wilder stepped up, it was to fight a barely active, out of shape Fury and he narrowly escaped a loss with that 12rd kd in a generous draw.

Now he thinks he's leading negotiations, he's just wrong.
