  • Comments Thread For: Wilder: Why Won't Fury Take Rematch if He Feels He Was Robbed?

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (40-0-1, 39 KOs) felt he was close to a finalized deal for a rematch with Tyson Fury, but then he realized that someone was wrong as the two sides were negotiating day to day. "It was about five days to a week and no word," Wilder told Premier Boxing Champions. "[Wilder manager] Shelly Finkel and [Fury promoter] Frank Warren, they always talking. To make the first fight was easy, they stayed in contact. This one was different. They weren't answering the phone so we knew something fishy was going on."

Wilder vs Breazeale will equally be exciting because of their existing beef.

        What goes around, comes around.

It will be a wonderful exciting fight. The lobby fight between kids and entourage was just a taster. I’m shocked this is not PPV, oh that’s right Wilder was nervous his last PPV so this time he wants to get the job done and give back to his loyal fans

It will be exciting because Breazele can’t move his head if life depended on it. His strategy seems to be get the **** beat out of you until the opponent gases out. And then stop them in the later rounds. Except these other dudes couldn’t punch like Wilder.

If Fury was so confident he could easily beat Wilder he would have did the immediate rematch! He knows that dude got that one hitter quitter power, that he has to be perfect to avoid.
