Gary Shaw Productions was informed Wednesday night that Mike Arnaoutis was out of his July 29th HBO fight with Vivian Harris. It appears that Arnaoutis has suffered a cut on his left eyelid. There was no report of any stitches being necessary. GSP and the state boxing officials are awaiting an independent medical report on the scope of the injury. Replacements for Arnaoutis are being considered. The fight card is scheduled to take place at the Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Ynez, California.
