Fury didn't actually fail his test. He just had trace amounts in his system. There is a level you have to go over in which you fail a drug test. Fury didn't pass that level. However, I do believe he used illegal substances to get his weight down. I'll tell it like it is and not make excuses when the situation is legit.

Saunders however didn't have anything illegal in his system.
