I'm a bruvva but this is ridiculous. My boy Spence couldnt even hurt a lightweight, Mikey felt safe to exchange on the inside. My bruvva has no power, he was a myth sadly. Pacquiao would spank our boy.

Was Michael Rosenthal the same writer who said Pacman should not fight KO artist Lucas Matthysse? And now he tells us Pacman "really didnt have a chance to win the fight". Not even one percent chance of winning???

I've got no problem at all with this fight.

Spence needs to raise his stock with the casuals if he has any chance of forcing others in the ring with him. A win over Pac, especially a devastating one will give him that platform.

Also Pac deserves one last roll of the dice because of everything he's given us over the years and realistically I have him as th 4th best active WW. Only spence, crawford and Thurman are more proven at this time. I think ppl are forgetting how much of a home town decision the loss against horn was and then how one sided his wins over vargas, matthysse, broner have been. It might not be a prime Pac man any more but he has enough guile, craft and power to trouble anyone from 135-147.

Manny wont even fight him lol, and Mikey has a lot better defense than what Manny has, I have no doubt Spence will stop a 40 yr old Manny after beating the crap out of him , gunna be an Oscar Chavez Snr beating.

Spence is an all around better fighter than Mikey Garcia.

First of all Garcia called out Spence. Secondly,he dominated Garcia with skills not size. Garcia couldn’t even land a clean punch on the inside. Don’t hate because Garcia was outclassed and embarrassed. Just accept the fact that Spence is an all around better fighter than Mikey Garcia.

Dominated with skills not size? He dominated because of his size. Garcia bit off more than he can chew by moving up and fighting a dominant champion at or near his prime. Unfortunately the politics of boxing will not afford us a Spence/Crawford fight anytime soon. I certainly don't blame Spence for fighting the Garcia's and Manny's of the world. The most money with the least risk. Smart business practice. The hardcore boxing fans may not love it but it is what it is. Would love to see Spence move up to 154. Plenty of good fights in that weight class.

Lotta ways to look at this fight, but IMO there isn't much of a good outcome for Manny. I do think he would give Spence more trouble than any challenge so far, and that it would be a close decision. I just can't see that decision going Pac's way. Just a little too much speed and power from Spence. Manny would have his moments though. If anyone is a warrior these days it's Manny. Gotta respect him for that. As for his next fight... I'd rather see Manny vs Thurman, Porter or Danny. And I'd rather see Spence vs Loma or Crawford.

This article is bogus. He will fight anybody... Will they fight him?

And don't anyone dare say Terrence "Exclusively ESPN" Crawford. There's plenty of more realistic easier to make fights out there. Those guys just need to be pressured into fighting Spence.
This was a terrible article! If Pacquiao decides to face Spence it’s because he consistently challenges himself and let’s not pretend that Thurman or Porter really want to face Spence. Spence has everyone contemplating retirement.
