If some English welterweight did that you would be praising him to the sky and saying it was an great year for him. If Khan did that he would declare himself pfp number 1. The Spence haters on here want him to beat Crawford and Thurman to give Spence credit for and average year and he can't get those fights. Ring magazine raised Spence up from 8th to 5th on their pfp best list for beating Mikey. What has Thurman, Crawford, Danny Garcia, Porter or Pacquiao done or planning to do this year that is better than beating Mikey who is a former 140 champ who easily beat Broner and beating Pacquiao who is still one of the best welterweights? I think it will be a great year for Spence and I have him pfp number 1.

Mikey also beat Broner and won a title at 140 pounds. Was that not part of his career? Any welterweight who beats Pacquiao will damn sure be bragging about it. Right now I think Spence and Crawford are the only two welterweights that should be favored to beat Pacquiao. Based on Pacquiao's last fight and the last fights of Thurman, Porter and Danny Garcia I think even a 40 year old Pacquiao can still beat those three.

Might not be good now but i guarantee it’ll look good 10yrs from now especially if he goes on to beat Porter Thurman and Crawford. That being said you’d be dumb to pass on a Pacquio or a Mayweather fight.

It's really good. Financially, he'll be set. Mikey didn't do much, but if Manny can touch Spence a good amount other welterweights will be more encouraged to fight Spence.

I never picked Mikey to beat Spence, I always posed the hypothetical questions about Spence getting tagged by a smaller fighter and how such a won would compare to other similar bouts.

This is your curse for believing and continually stating that Canelo lost both fights against GGG. You try and come off as diplomatic, but instead you're just a fanboy.

Mikey Garcia threw 10 body shots against Spence.

Golovkin through a whopping 14 combined in both fights against Canelo.

It would be good for any welterweight, including Spence.

that does not matter. mikey beat broner at 140 not 147. so beating a 40 year old is something to brag about? how come when it comes to manny, he gets shiieted on for fighting old fading fighters, etc??
