This is a perfect reason why he hasn't signed them. He said he'd pay Spence and Garcia $8 million each to fight each other. They received much more than that from this ppv. And this event outdid any event Hearn has done in America. He'll be lucky if Joshua/Miller gets half the attendance.

I actually thought the promotion was really good. They convinced a bunch of people that an obvious mismatch with a weak undercard would be a great fight worth shelling out 75$ for.

The promotion was just fine. In fact, the promotion was what led it to doing the numbers it did. The shoulder programming was great and they got enough people to believe in Mikey's chances.
