Torch is not being undefeated or more belts, it's more about popularity and recognition. Pacquiao is still the most popular and recognized boxer worldwide bar none, not just in mexico or usa, it's worldwide. Thus, if Errol fights Manny these casuals will tune in, Errol then will get to showcase his talents to these casuals.

If he beats manny to a pulp or impresses them with his dominant boxing ability, then most of these casuals will now rally over him. He then fights Thurman, porter, garcia, crawford etc.. and all else bringing more money to the table. In fact, he will now be chased and not avoided by these fighters.

Until he beats pacquiao, it will be a long long road to become the money man because casuals doesn't even know he exists, it's not impossible but it will take so much time. Pacquiao is the key to everything making things easier to super-stardom.

Crawford fight won’t happen until 2021 at the earliest. Spence will face Pacquiao, Porter & Thurman before Crawford. I just don’t know which opponents Crawford will have until then though? ESPN only has Kavaliauskas & Alvarado for Crawford to fight after Khan unless Arum can work out some deal with Haymon to get Crawford some good fights.

Youre the biggest fool in the thread right now. Golovkin wasnt avoiding a p4p level fighter in his division in order to fight brook and the size difference wasnt as big. Floyd was running his mouth, spence has literally targetted a 40 year old ahead of a loaded division. I want to see him involved in good fights not circus fights. Pac got ko'd a few years ago hes damaged goods and had plenty of wars, but people are saying hes 'back on form' cause he beat broner, the same guy mikey whooped. I think this is your third thread today attacking Spence after his wonderful performance. He is in his prime now and he already tried to fight Porter and Thurman long before he fought Mikey. Mikey was the best opponent he could have fought at the time because no top welterweight was willing to fight him. He can't fight Crawford because Arum won't allow it. He plans to get all the belts and clean out welterweight and he is targetiing Pacquiao or Porter because Thurman already said he won't fight Spence this year. Quit blaming everything on Spence. Try something new. Try going all day tomorrow without starting a Spence bashing thread. I'll bet you can't do that.

Spence called Manny to the ring twice. He pretty much had to go or look shook. And even then, he didn't sound all that enthusiastic about fighting Errol.
