I'm not sure how to even make a fair comparison. there are so many variables.

It's kinda like saying what's better cake or ice cream. Sure they are both desserts, but completely different

Broner got his ass kicked but he won 2 or 3 rounds and did not take too much punishment. Mikey got the holly hell beat out of him and only finished on his feet because he is very tough and game. There is no comparison between the two fights. Mikey clearly and easily beat Broner but he did not give him a beating. Spence gave Mikey a terrible beating. He threw 1085 punches and landed 345 punches to only 75 landed punches for Mikey. That must be a record slaughter for champion against champion.

Well we saw Broner at his A game. The best training camp in his life.

But threw like single digits every round. On bicycle. And pretty much gave up after round 4. And was on survival in round 6-7 and 9

Mikey was not at his A game. Dude had blubber body. Ate pizza before the fight.

But Mikey was game all night. Was not on his bicycle. But pretty much shelled up. And didnt want to get knocked out.

Mikey because nobody expected anything from AB, it was the same old song and dance with him. Mikey on the hand had some of us believing he'd give a better account for himself and at least take risks in there. Nope, he was content sitting back and getting clocked all fight in hopes for that ridiculous moral victory of seeing the final bell.

Almost Bumlevel's talking surpassed Mikeys by far. On those terms, Mikey did better on fight night. 1st fight at a higher weight vs a prime guy.....Mikey edges out AB.

Both guys laid a turd but Mikey was in against a much bigger, younger opponent, so I'd give Garcia more credit.
