I'm Not! Until these younger guys actually beat him I still got Pacquaio as #1 Welterweight!

His Resume>All of the Current top welterweights combine

HOWEVER, if Horn size gave him problems then Spence Jr would be a Handful for him especially at this point in his career. I think he can beat Thurman though!

i dont think it was the size that gave manny problems. i believe it was the rough tactic. spence fight nothing like horn. and pac beat horn! i dont care what anyone says, that fight was a robbery. the only fight mofos can bring up to discredit manny is a robbery! think about that for a minute.

Broner - Coming off a loss and a draw
Matthysse - Coming off a loss to Postol and wins against two bums.
Horn - Beat Pacquiao, hadn't beat anyone of note to begin with
          Vargas - Lost to Bradley

Look at his resume. All his "big" wins come of guys that got beat recently before Pacquiao fought them. From Cotto to Morales etc. The guy's whole resume is cherry picks. He's not picking Spence.

I said coming off of losses/bad performances RECENTLY. RECENTLY doesn't mean their last fight.

Look through Pac's resume and see how many fighters he fought had losses in their last 3 fights.

yes, recently means the fight they just fought!!! you went and dug up fights they fought 3-4 back (4-5 years is not recently) LOL! in that case, everyone would have fought someone that has a loss on their resume!!! including floyd!

mikey survive based on his experience alone, and manny has like 10+ years of experience ahead of mikey! every time that mikey would land a clean shot on spence, spence grabs onto mikey right away.

pac knows what he's in for. he's not gonna just stand there and trade with spence blow for blow. and with spence's constant come forward pressure, this will make it easier for pac since he wont be the one doing the pressuring lunging in.

when fighter's come to manny, that's when he really shines. and even at 40, i am confidence that he still has what it takes to beat spence. i mean mikey went all 12 with spence and mikey was literally right in front of spence for the whole fight, manny is not gonna be there for spence.
Have people really been saying that since the Marquez fight? I mean which big puncher has he faced since the Marquez fight minus Matthysse who had seen his best days by that point? He has fought Rios/Algieri/Bradley(2x)/Mayweather/Horn/Matthysse/Broner since the Marquez fight. Not exactly a murderous row of punchers, wouldn't you say?

And you said Spence's come forward style will make it easy on Pacquiao? See, this is where you are going to be in for a rude awakening just like Mikey was. Spence will come forward and put mental pressure on you, but he is hardly ever coming in reckless and is able to manage distance well. Pacquiao poses problems from the sense that he still has lightning quick hands and punches from different angles, but I have a hard time seeing him get around Spence's jab. Mayweather pretty much tamed Pacquiao with his jab and I see Spence doing the same but he will obviously be more aggressive trying to hurt Pacquiao.

I got all the respect in the world for Pacquiao and he is a true living legend, but this could be all she wrote for him. Respect to the man either way.

No it doesn't. RECENTLY means not long ago. He fougt guys coming off losses/bad performances RECENTLY.

Let's put it another way. Pacquiao fought guys that lost their last meaningful fights. The guy has cherry picked his whole career.

I'm a floyd fan and I want pacquiao to beat Spence.

That would make Floyd's win over him even better.
