Goldenboy DAZN not on DAZN?

Golden Boy has teamed up with DAZN to announce the launch of a new monthly boxing series featuring top prospects and rising contenders. The series debuts on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Avalon Hollywood and consists of a three-hour program including a two-hour block of live fights followed by a one-hour studio show. The series will be distributed to regional cable channels throughout the U.S. as well as across the globe on international TV stations and networks.

I think the confusion is they are also going to be live on regional TV with apparently some additional TV deal to be announced. I believe Bellator does this as well where some of their cards air live on BOTH DAZN and Paramount Network (Formerly Spike TV). Golden Boy also already does this with Facebook. Where the undercard fights that air on DAZN are also simulcast at the same time live with Facebook and DAZN. Then then the main card starts and facebook live ends and that airs live just on DAZN. This is different then Matchroom fights that only air live on DAZN

Yeah one of the things DAZN is terrible with is updating their schedule. For example I'm looking in their app right now and even Ryan Garcia's fight March 30 is not on their schedule. They promote upcoming fights on twitter and mention it in ads during broadcasts but their schedule sometimes doesn't have a fight shown on the calendar until a couple days before. I go to other boxing websites to keep track of dates and look at schedules.

Anyone? I was pretty excited about this new monthly series and am going to be furious if a series with the word "DAZN" in it isn't actually on "DAZN".

YouTube, 7:30 pm ET, Mercito Gesta vs Juan Antonio Rodriguez, Ferdinand Kerobyan vs Blair Cobbs. Golden Boy is supposed to announce TV for this. Again, it�s not airing on DAZN, despite the series being called �Golden Boy DAZN.� It�s more to advertise DAZN to the ... surely huge audience that would watch a card like this on TV but doesn�t know what DAZN is yet. Anyway, we should find out in the next few days a channel and time, they were talking about �regional cable affiliates� for the series. I have no idea if that means I�ll be able to watch the fights or not. Update: Since it�s Monday evening and Golden Boy just sent out a press week media release that didn�t mention a thing about what channels this will be on, it doesn�t look like they�re going to get the show on TV, but it will stream live on YouTube and ******.com, with prelim bouts beginning at 7:30 pm ET. BLH will have live coverage.

I just checked the DAZN schedule on their site... and the fights are not listed for thursday at all so maybe they scrapped it somehow for some reason
