Predict Wilder's Tuesday Announcement

Wilder is proud of his status as a "free agent". That means he will choose to fight lesser opposition (no AJ fight) on Showtime for less money and he will tell you how great that is.Comment

This is the most delusional post of the day. I can't wait to see how many PPV buys Wilder vs Breazeale does.Basically leveraged Showtime for monumental money and a new multi fight deal with layers of profit for him on the backend even more!
People love two things in boxing, heavyweights and knockouts and the big cheeses at CBS knows Wilder gives people both! Not to mention he has personality!
Wilder is officially about to hit the big time, if he capitalizes on the American audiences and the market, AJ and Fury WILL have to go to him on his network to get their biggest payday!
Wilder bet on himself and it looks like it was a smart move as seen he was cheesing from ear to ear when asked about his announcement this Tuesday!
All I known is, can’t wait to watch him again, he’s must see tv cuz you know someone is getting laid out!Comment

The momentum of nobody seeing you on an app? Stop now.Comment

It shouldn't be a problem if it's on DAZN as it's not PPV so there's no real % split to be concerned about, so DAZN just needs to give both fighters an amount they're happy with, even if it's equal.Comment

So you're acknowledging that the holdup in the fight is Wilder pricing himself out than yeh?If Joshua and Hearn want the fight badly enough then they will give Deontay Wilder anything he wants.
They only dunces here are Joshua, Hearn and yourself; Because you know full damn well that Wilder is not worth a 50 percent cut of the purse split; Let alone a 60/40 percent of the purse split or even a $80mil flat-fee over a two fight double rematch clause.
So who are the real cuckoos now?
Let's be real here too... Hearn and DAZN are no idiots. They were offering Wilder that kind of money in order to make the Joshua fight which could be colossal for them.
If Wilder is now going to get that kind of money from PBC/Showtime to fight the likes of Dominic Breazeale and Adam Kownacki on PPV then good for him... but his value will diminish greatly because of it. His stock has risen on the back of all the Joshua talks and the Fury result; if he goes back to PBC fights then it's just going to drop... especially when his fights are forced on to PPV in order to pay his purse.Comment

I just want to see him and Joshua in the same ring. Fury really disappointed me by signing with ESPN. yes it makes sense moneywise but **** Fury for not doing an immediate rematchComment

We will see if it’s on PPV, this deal is likely not necessarily contingent on just PPV’s but interest and Wilder is really hot commodity right now whether you like it or not!
If they want the fight, AJ will come on Showtime and same with Fury!
Wilder did all he could to make AJ vs Wilder initially in the first negotiations but they played Wilder and was working their own backdoor deal with DAZN for so called more money and the same thing happened with Fury in the supposed rematch!
Wilder made concessions for both of them and all he got was being played like a fiddle but he’s now worked it into his favor!
He’s now becoming a star and people want to see his fights!
We will see who caves in first to come to Showtime to fight Wilder for their career high payday, I think AJ will do it cuz his he hasn’t had a memorable fight in quite some times and needs some momentum!
You guys are too emotional to think things thru, I just see the forest while y’all haters see the trees!Comment
