Spence' personality is a breath of fresh air...engaging, friendly, down-to-earth guy. People get on his case for fighting a smaller guy but he is doing what fighters of every generation of boxing have done, especially for a great payday. This right here. Imagine any true WW with him last night. He cant hurt a lightweight who went toe to toe with him on the inside. He won because he was bigger and longer. Put him against someone his size and he looks mediocre.

Well, this fight was actually in play if GGG signed with the PBC. Haymon was trying to sell on fighting the trio of Hurd/Charlo/Spence.

But I'd like to see the fight. Think it would be competitive. Spence will be able to fill out MW fairly well and has the skills to compete. Will see if his chin could hold up. If it does, then hell of a fight.

Id like to see it too, it would be a fun fight. Id love to see Gennady just batter him and slap that marijuana stare off his damn face.

If someone doesn't jump to the tune of a couple of posters they are a pariah. There is no valid reason for Spence to move up if he can make the weight and not be compromised. There are plenty of interesting fan friendly fights at 147.
