It's obvious he wants the glory of being a great trainer in these big events but when your fighter is getting *****ed up, you need to recognize that and throw in the damn towel. I don't think it was quite that bad last night, but it was dangerously close. Mikey wanted to continue; and although he was essentially getting beat up, it wasn’t a massacre or anything. In a perfect world, the fight would’ve been stopped; but I’ve seen so much worse. The other two you mentioned come to mind.
