Should Mikey Garcia stick to Super Lightweight or Lightweight?

No doubt he is too small for Welterweight, but where should he continue his career? And none of that "catchweight" nonsense! Who should he be looking to fight in future? Obvious one is Vasyl Lomachenko. Also maybe the winner of the WBSS @ 140. Any other ideas?
