Spence and Garcia - Disappointments

Oh, what a couple of feckless, charisma-less tools. Both looked like lumbering robots fighting in slow motion with nothing between their ears.

In terms of Mikey, I told you all years ago he was too slow, too robotic and just never even close to being p4p (so don't go around saying I am just saying this now). The biggest problem for him is not even his lack of physical gifts (no great speed or power) but his complete lack of head movement, something that can be LEARNED.

What was his plan last night? The same as it has been for yeard = walk in a straight line and throw a robotic jab, right, left hook combination. IT works against guys he had a size advantage over, it does not work when moving up.

Now on to Spence, that bug eyed, gormless shell of a fighter. I keep hearing he has all this power but he couldn't stop a small, fleshy Meixican fella who got hit all night long. Once again, before you all say I'm jumping on this after last night, dig up my posts after the Bundo fight YEARS ago. I said the same thing = Spence does not have world level power.

Worst part is, his resume is bare bones as well, apart from barely beating a faded Brook.

Now, instead of wanting and pushing for Thurman, Porter or Crawford, he wants to fight a 40+ Pacquiao. Heck, if this fight had taken place 5 years ago, Pacquiao would have humiliated the bug boy. Even now I think he can outbox him.

Two young, supposedly hungry "lions" and they put on a dreadful...I can't even use the word show here.

Mikey isnt slow or this robotic normally though. The fight showed me mikey was definitely the better fighter, his defense was a+, but he absolutely put the weight on wrong, he lost all his athleticism, couldnt pull the trigger on a single punch. What I was scared of. Conte is achemist/nutritionist at best. Mikey looked like he trained for strength, he was sorely lacking the snap and speed he needed to counter and quickly get his punches off, you could just see him constantly miss his timing by stopping his punch halfway and *** did he look slow. If someone thinks that what garcia is like normally then they havent paid attention.

If they had hired a top s&c boxing coach throughout the camp his power would have been developed better and he'd have been able to get his shots off. But the clueless are going to act like spence is a master boxer now, that simply neutralized garcia, which is hilarious, but expected. Garcia's camp should have known better.

Stop it. No version of Mikey at 147 is going to beat Spence whom is in his PRIME now. You are going at this wrong way. What Mikey needed to make this fight competitive was a catchweight since we CAN see Spence looks drained, not super drained, but drained. Spence can still make the weight, and every 147 fighter knows the threat he is because of this.

I don’t think Spence can even make 144 without suffering some post side effects on fight night.

Ideally, a catchweight would’ve been more ideal.

A delusional fighter vs a weight bully. People who actually paid $75 for this mismatch are the real losers. I streamed this fight for free and I was actually pissed off that Garcia said all those things that he was going to be the faster, stronger, and better boxer but didn't do anything. In fact, it was the complete opposite, he was slow, his punches didn't hurt Spence, got out-boxed, and humiliated by not winning a single round. Him doing that fist pump at the end of every round after he got battered really annoyed me. Seems like he was celebrating each round for not getting his azz knocked out.
