Is Spence any of those? Spence hasn’t even proven himself in his own division, let alone to start saying he’d move up with the success of the freakiest of the freak of athletes.
How bout we stick to a top 5 Welter and work our way up from there. Spence gets thrashed by the top 5 MWs (as would any current WW...) until he shows otherwise.

GGG doesn't like it to the body, and Spence is the best body puncher in the game.
In both the Canelo fights and in the Jacobs fight, GGG looked vulnerable whenever he was attacked viciously to the body. He would visibly wince and move away, but when hit to the head he would keep coming and even taint his opponent.
In the second Canelo fight he was even breathing hard by the sixth and looked like he was about to get stopped due to that Canelo body attack.
I think Spence has that advantage that he would kill GGG to the body and he has bags of stamina so he would keep GGG working while sapping his stamina with body shots.
There is a question mark on the jab. Both are top five jabbers in the world but GGG has height advantage and I think reach too. I also think his jab will be harder than Spence's coz of the natural size difference.
I think Spence's defense and chin is enough to last twelve easy without being knocked down, but GGG is obviously stronger and punches harder. Spence will have to rely on his work rate and ability to discourage GGG with a sustained body attack like Jacobs and Canelo did.
It would be a close fight but overall GGG has the edge.
If they were naturally in the same weight class Spence would dominate and win by stoppage though, but in this case I think GGG wins a close decision.
