Mikey took the fight because he honestly thought Spence was just a big lug moving forward. And would out box Spence. But Errol showed he can box as well. And that really surprised Garcia tonight.

This reminded me of Mayweather/JMM a bit. But Spence threw way more combinations against the smaller man than Floyd did, and at times was beating Mikey up on the inside. Overall though, I think he took it easy on Garcia so Pac would sign the contract.

That's still a fantastic fight, one of the best in boxing, and still a tough fight for both fighters.

Spence proved greatness tonight but Mikey didn't lose any stock and he is a great fighter in his own right.

That fight was supposed to happen BEFORE Spence/Mikey, not after.
