Garcia is just not great. He can't figure out how to close in the distance for counters like what Mayweather and Pacquiao does against much bigger men. He maybe avoiding punches but Spence is just out working and stealing the rounds.

He needs to take risk, close in with spence more in the middle and bait a jab for a counter right.
