I'll put up a scorecard but, I'll support both guys. Regardless of what you think about the fight, it's a test to tell us who's really next up.

On a side note, kudos for Fox Sports' streaming servers and IT staff managing it. It looks flawless. Don't like that the rewind doesn't work though

Yes it is. No pixelation, no buffering. Crystal clean. Here's a screenshot (I'm streaming on MS Edge on my gaming/media PC):

I have to say. I haven't been this elated since May/Pac.

Because you see, unlike a lot of people here, I LOVE one-sided dominant victories and boxing clinics...fights where two guys are supposed to be the top of their class, champions current and former, the talk of the town, etc. And one guy goes in there and PROVES to me why it's not equal and why they're just superior in every way and always have been.

            That's what Errol Spence did.

He didn't let the fight go close like Porter did.
He didn't allow this guy to settle, like Broner did.

Instead he went out there and showed the world that there's levels to this. And Mikey Garcia is NOWHERE near Spence's level as a boxer. It was clear, and you could hear a pin drop by round 5 when the Mexican crowds that believed the promotionals started to get really disheartened seeing their fighter get literally embarrassed. Spence basically told the world: there is absolutely NO need for a rematch; he told the world that Adrien Broner has regressed as a fighter; he told the world that Lomachenko would probably have won the exact same way.

It truly was the equivalent of Mayweather/Marquez without the knockdowns. I loved every minute of that fight.

I bought the PPV too as I can afford it and don't mind supporting the sport I love when a main event catches my interest.

Had people over and they seemed to have a good time.
They were impressed by the ass whippings Nery and Benavidez dished out and even enjoyed the finish in the Arreola fight.

For me, seeing definitive, decisive outcomes is just more entertaining. People are putting dollar amounts on minutes which is why boxing is in the state it is.

When you watch a streetfight you don't watch it intending for it go 30 minutes. You're watching to see who's better - whatever "better" means. If both guys are supposed to be quality fighters, I'm looking for one to stand out - and that's what happened. Well worth the money I paid.

Then again, I'm in a position now where splurging for the right fights isn't an issue. I just wish I didn't have to go to 6 different sources to get fights.
