Comments Thread For: Errol Spence-Mikey Garcia: Stats & Stakes

He wouldn't be the first man to win a featherweight, Jr. lightweight, lightweight, or Jr. welterweight title to go on to be a champion at welterweight. He wouldn't even be the first to win some claim to titles in all five of those classes. That doesn't make it any less a feat. Let there be no mistake: if Mikey Garcia wins on Saturday night, he'll join some high-class company. Even in an era where there are more title opportunities, the ranks of one-time featherweight champs who won even any notable claim to welterweight honors is Henry Armstrong and Manny Pacquiao long.

No matter who wins I just want this to be a great fight in front of what could be a significant casual audience and on the new FOX platform

Good assessment bro but at the end you stated when Talent is equal, than size matters.. The Talent is Not Equal, Mikey is the smarter man in the Ring and He will prove it Tonight.

I am excited for this great event of boxing yeahhhhh!!!!

I bet my 7 acres land that Spence is going to win this one in the distance or late stoppage. If Mikey win this one in a close, but convincing decision, then I am going to be still happy, because I love upsets. I am a boxing fan and not a cheer leader boxing fan. Expect me to write in the morning, giving Mikey all the credits, If he pull off the upset or losing a competitive fight.
