Either total self belief or a real good game face... I'm guessing the former, but if you do think it's the latter then your question should be 'how..?' not 'why...?'. The why should be obvious.

Mikey has a very high boxing IQ and saw the same things I saw when Spence fought Brook, most say the Petersen fight but this is from their lack of experience. Petersen was either paid or told to stand there in front of Spence when he put on a footwork and movement showcase against Garcia. Let's just say Spence NEEDs to be coming forward the whole fight in order to dominate. Mikey has a plan for that......

Mikey is going to shock everyone.It was the Peterson fight if you listen to the in conversation between rounds Peterson was frustrated he says I’ve tried everything I can’t keep him off me when they were trying to get him to start moving again.He was beat and ready to quit at least two rounds before his corner stopped because he was not very vocal when he was asked do you want me to stop it by his trainer.That was where Mikey got his balls Spence performance was not that great when he couldn’t take out a beaten fighter who was ready to quit for a few rounds.Spence is a great fighter but you guys have made him a god over a couple of fights.

Why shouldn't an undefeated highly skilled boxer be confident he can beat anyone? I'm sure he has sparred with welterweights many times before and feels he can handle anyone in that weight class. It's not like he's moving up to HW and thinks he can beat AJ or something like that. Even though I pick Spence to win, it's still a fight where Garcia could win.
