garcia would beat pac too. Regardless of you think that pac beat horn, he clearly struggled. Spence is light yrs better than horn. Pac is 40 and unfortunately for him, is more aggressive than garvia is, that will be his downfall. He won't last 12. Never forget, pac was stopped cold by someone smaller and with less power than spence.
